This tour is exclusively designed for those who have limited time and combines the experience of the Sacred Valley of the Incas with one of the Seven Modern Wonders of the World, Machu Picchu.
We will start with the classic tour of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, visiting archaeological sites such as Pisac and Ollantaytambo. Afterwards, we will take the train to the town of Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu town), where you will stay in a comfortable hotel and enjoy an included dinner.
Day 1: Cusco – Pisac – Urubamba – Ollantaytambo – Train station – Aguas Calientes town (Machu Picchu)
In the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco and start our journey to the Sacred Valley of the Incas. We will visit the archaeological sites of Pisac and Ollantaytambo, and then head to the train station to take the train to Aguas Calientes town (Machu Picchu town). Upon arrival, we will check in to our hotel and have dinner.
Day 2: Aguas Calientes town – Machu Picchu – Ollantaytambo – Cusco
Early in the morning, your guide will pick you up from the hotel and take you to the bus that will transport you to the entrance of Machu Picchu. You will have a guided tour of approximately 3 hours, exploring the Inca citadel and learning about its fascinating history. After the tour, you will have free time to explore on your own or climb to Huayna Picchu (optional). Later, we will return to Aguas Calientes town for lunch and then take the train back to Ollantaytambo station, where our transportation will take you back to Cusco.

We offer a classic tour of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, followed by a train ride to the town of Aguas Calientes (also known as Machu Picchu village), where you will spend the night in a comfortable hotel before visiting the Machu Picchu citadel the next morning.
Day 1: Cusco – Pisac – Urubamba – Ollantaytambo – Train station – Aguas Calientes town (Machu Picchu)
We will pick you up from your hotel at 7:30 am to visit the Pisac archaeological site, where you will have a one-hour guided tour. Next, we’ll visit one of the most colorful markets in the Cusco region, where you will have the option to visit a factory and learn about the silver-making process and other souvenirs made in the area (Pisac is known for its handicrafts). After some free time for shopping, we’ll continue to Urubamba for lunch, and then on to the Ollantaytambo archaeological site for another guided tour. Finally, we’ll head to the train station to catch the train to Aguas Calientes town, where you will enjoy dinner (included) and spend the night in a hotel.

Day 2: Aguas Calientes town – Machu Picchu – Ollantaytambo – Cusco
After breakfast, we’ll take the bus to the Machu Picchu citadel for a guided tour of approximately 3 hours, during which you’ll visit various constructions such as temples, terraces, and granaries where the Incas lived and worked in ancient times. After the tour, we’ll return to Aguas Calientes town for lunch and then catch the train back to Ollantaytambo. Our private transportation will take you back to your hotel in Cusco. You’ll have the option to hike up one of the famous mountains found in Machu Picchu, such as Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu mountain, for an additional cost.

What do I need to know?
We recommend that you arrive in the city of Cusco at least one day before the start of the tour to acclimate to the altitude and avoid possible altitude sickness during the Sacred Valley with Machu Picchu 2 days 1 night tour. This tour is available all year round, although the rainy season lasts from December to March.
Informative Meeting or “Briefing”:
A briefing is held one night before the start of the tour and lasts approximately 30 to 45 minutes. If you are unable to attend, please let us know by email so that we can arrange a new meeting with your guide at another date or time.
Note: You will need a backpack to carry your personal items, such as sunscreen, water, rain gear, sunglasses, and clothes for the day you visit Machu Picchu.

It is essential to carry your personal documents, especially your original passport.
Payment of the Service:
If you have made a reservation and given an advance payment of 50%, it is important to make the remaining payment after finishing the briefing with your guide one night before the start of the tour to the Sacred Valley with Machu Picchu.
Strikes/Demonstrations:
Unfortunately, strikes are frequent in Peru, which may affect our tours. Roads may be blocked, and trains may be stopped. We will ensure that your trek continues as planned, even if it means leaving the night before the start date. In these circumstances, tours may need to be canceled, but our operations department will coordinate with you. Your safety is our top priority.
Lost and Found:
Each client is responsible for their items throughout the tour. Be careful where you leave your belongings and remember to pick up all items from our vehicles, stores, restaurants, etc. It is possible that other hikers or teams may pick them up without knowing the owner’s identity.
