These policies govern the modalities, general conditions, and authorized channels for making payments for the travel services commercialized by Perú Infinite Travel S.A.C. (hereinafter, PIT).
1. Online Payment Platform (E-commerce)
All payments made electronically and online through our digital channels shall be processed mandatorily through the IziPay payment gateway.
IziPay acts as the sole receiving, managing, and custodial entity for sensitive data related to the client’s credit or debit cards.
PIT, as well as any member of its work team, has no access to, storage of, or visibility of the user’s financial or card data.
This modality constitutes a fully secure and encrypted payment method within a web environment, which guarantees the strict protection of your banking data. For further details, you may consult the privacy and security policy of the gateway directly on the official IziPay portal.
2. Authorized Banking Channels (Transfers and Deposits)
For clients who prefer to make their transactions through online banking, electronic transfers, or direct bank deposits within Peruvian territory, PIT makes the following corporate checking account available:

Privacy Note: By opting for this modality and coordinating bank details via email or official channels, the custody and protection of your payment receipt data will remain under the responsibility of PIT, under the terms established in our Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy.
3. Fluctuating and Modifying Prices
Due to the dynamic nature of the tourism sector and the rates of external providers (trains, hotels, transport), PIT reserves the right to modify and vary the prices of its programs and services at any time without prior notice. We request that you verify the corresponding updated rates on our web platform or with your assigned advisor before formalizing your booking confirmation.
4. Validity of Customized Budgets and Quotes
In the case of tailor-made itineraries, packages, and budgets designed in a personalized manner, the printed or digital document shall explicitly specify the exact validity period during which the indicated rates will be frozen. Once this expiration date has passed without the client having made the initial payment or confirmation prepayment, PIT shall be at total liberty to modify, readjust, or cancel the originally quoted prices.
5. Application Clause for Promotions and Discounts
In the event that the agency launches promotional campaigns, special offers, or discount coupons, these shall apply solely and exclusively to travel services that have not yet been contracted or booked. If the client already has a confirmed, prepaid, or fully paid booking, under no circumstances can the promotion or discount be applied retroactively.
